Fort Huachuca Sentinel Landscape
In 2015, a group of partners formed the Fort Huachuca Sentinel Landscape Partnership. The Partnership's purpose is to build resilience through collaborative, targeted, and community-driven strategies to preserve and enhance the working and rural character of key landscapes, respect cultural heritage, strengthen the economies of farms, ranches, and forests, conserve habitat and natural resources, and protect the vital testing and training missions at Fort Huachuca.
Located in picturesque southeastern Arizona, Fort Huachuca is the prestigious home of the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence and the Network Enterprise Technology Command. As a Major Range Test Facility Base, it is a hub of electromagnetic technology testing and training. It is also one of the most extensive unmanned aerial vehicle training facilities worldwide, a testament to its global significance.
