welcome to our customer preview of the new easier to use NexHealth.\n\nI'm really excited to share all of the updates we've made after conversations with many of you over the past eight months about how we can improve your NexHealth experience.\n\nBefore we dive into the changes, though, just wanted to start with a quick overview of why we're here. You know, NexHealth was founded with the mission of accelerating innovation in healthcare. And the first step towards doing that is about digitizing the patient experience.\n\nWe really believe it should be as simple and seamless for patients to interact with your practice as it is for them to check out from Amazon or watch videos on Netflix.\n\nAnd all the changes we're gonna talk about today are built with that in mind. We're making it possible for your staff to get more work done faster in fewer clicks so they can spend more time with patients and less time on manual administrative work.\n\nUltimately, that's going to lead to happier patients and a faster-growing practice.\n\nMy name is Matt Cameron. I'm on the product team here at NexHealth. I'm joined by my colleague, Hope Slowik, and we're really excited to walk you through all of these exciting updates.\n\nThis session is gonna be broken into three parts. First, we're gonna go through all of those updates in detail, tell you about what to expect, and also show it to you in action with some demos.\n\nThen we're going to go through the rollout process so you know exactly what to expect when, as well as some of the resources we've created to help you along the way. As you get the most out of the new NexHealth. And then lastly, we'll have Q and A. So please ask questions throughout the session in the Q and A widget and we'll answer as many of them as possible at the end.\n\nAnd also, if you miss something along the way, don't worry, we'll send out a recording of the full session afterwards you'll get that in your email inbox shortly.\n\nAnd with that, let's go ahead and dive into the new easier to use NexHealth.\n\nWe've made a ton of changes based on conversations with all of you about how NexHealth could be easier to use and help you get work done faster in fewer clicks. And we can really group these updates into five categories that you see here on the left.\n\nThe first thing you'll notice changing is on the first screen you see when you log into NexHealth. The NexHealth home has a daily snapshot of your upcoming appointments, as well as key practice insights that highlight practice performance in areas like payment that you've received, as well as patient satisfaction.\n\nWe also made it easier to navigate through NexHealth with the sidebar view that makes it easy to toggle between products and also see all of your patient notifications at a glance.\n\nThere's a new patient activity feed as well, which brings all of your important patient updates into a single screen. So you can view everything from forms that have been completed, to wait list slots that have been accepted, and you can even take action on those updates right on the same screen.\n\nWe've also made some exciting updates to NexHealth messaging. First and foremost, NexHealth messaging now works on your mobile device. So you can send and receive patient messages on the go. We've also added some new features that make it easier to prioritize important patient conversations and manage your patient messages.\n\nAnd then lastly, coming next month, we have NexHealth forms updates that will save time for your practice staff as well as your patients. Now possible to filter forms and send batch reminders to patients who have incomplete forms outstanding, and you can pre fill the medical history section on those forms. So you save time for patients, you don't have to manually enter that information every time.\n\nSo a lot of exciting updates here, and I wanna go ahead and show it to you in action. I'm gonna turn it over to Hope to walk through the new NexHealth Home, sidebar, and patient activity feed.\n\nThanks, Matt. I'm excited to introduce you all to the new NexHealth Home.\n\nOne of the first changes you'll notice right away is the new sidebar navigation.\n\nWith the sidebar, you'll get some badges to help draw your attention to any new activities, as well as be able to see all of your NexHealth products here in one place. Including your communications, scheduling, forms, and payments.\n\nOn the home screen, you'll also be able to see a lot of valuable information including your practice insights.\n\nInsights are going to be based on how your practice is actually using NexHealth. Helping to draw attention to the value you're receiving, as well as make some recommendations on how you can get some additional value.\n\nOur insights here are highlighting the patient's book online and phone calls you didn't have to make, as well as the patient payments you're receiving, NICE, and your average patient satisfaction.\n\nYou'll also notice that on the home page, you'll be able to see your open slots with a quick link to fill them using the wait list.\n\nAnd of course, you have a snapshot of your schedule.\n\nThat schedule will be available for any date you'd like to select, as well as allow you to see all of the patients that you have on the schedule coming up. That includes things like their appointments, their name, and birthday, who they're scheduled with, and even the appointment status.\n\nYou can also now filter by provider.\n\nThat means that if doctor Williams wants to see their schedule coming up without looking at the health record system, they can now come into NetSEL filter it accordingly and get an idea of exactly what's happening.\n\nWe also now have an unconfirmed tab Meaning that if you wanna filter these patients and see those who have not yet confirmed their appointments, you can then avoid no shows, and go ahead and send them an additional nudge.\n\nWith just a click, you can now send them an appointment reminder to encourage them to come in for their visit.\n\nWe also have a new activities page to help you track through all of your patient notifications in real time. Let's take a look.\n\nThe new activity feed is going to show you real time alerts from your patients.\n\nWith the activity feed, you're going to be able to focus on tasks not just navigation.\n\nThat means you'll have links where you need action. Like, for example, reviewing some patient forms, or checking an appointment that a patient booked online, as well as the option to archive notifications where you don't need to take action, like with this five star review.\n\nYou can use the patient activity feed to move through your day even if you have multiple people on the team, meaning that if you're working through this list, you'll always be able to come through and filter it by the type of notification so you can segment up the tasks where you need them. As well as review the archive and see what's already been done.\n\nWith that, I'm gonna hand it back over to Matt because we have a lot more updates to reveal today. Thanks, Matt. That's awesome, Hope. Thanks so much for the walk through there. Really exciting stuff to kick us off. We've also made some updates to NexHealth messaging, one of our most loved and widely used features.\n\nThe first update, which I know everybody's going to appreciate, is that NexHealth messaging now works on mobile. You can send and receive patient messages simply by logging into NexHealth in your mobile web browser. And now you can answer those messages and send your own messages anywhere you are, even if you're not in the office.\n\nIn addition to helping you be more productive on the go, we're also adding some features that make it easier to manage the patient messages you receive. One important update is that you can archive messages, which makes it possible to remove outdated conversations from your field of view. So you can focus and prioritize on the active patient conversations that need your attention.\n\nLastly, we're also enabling richer patient conversations.\n\nWe've made it easier to attach files So you can also view those attachments in context of the patient conversation thread and coming very soon. You'll be able to add emojis to your messages with just a couple of clicks, no need for keystrokes.\n\nAnd to show you this in action, hope, I'll pass it back over to you and take it away. NexHealth messages were built to help you quickly scan all of your incoming messages and prioritize your attention accordingly.\n\nYou'll notice new messages now feature a red notification badge to help draw your attention to them.\n\nThis is especially helpful when you have things like the patient writing in to the doctor.\n\nNow, you'll be able to mark those as unread to save them for later for the doctor. While being able to clearly and easily see what's unread.\n\nAttachments have always been particularly useful in conversations with the patient. But now you'll be able to see those attachments easily and in context.\n\nWhen you send an attachment to a patient, you'll see a preview of it here in the thread. And of course, to view it larger, all you need to do is click into it where you can download as well. You'll have full control over your messages feed. So for example, if you have an older message with a patient where you don't have an active conversation, you can now archive those messages to move them out of the feed.\n\nBut don't worry. Those messages aren't gone forever. You can always come in and, restore any old message, bringing them back into your messages feed.\n\nAs Matt mentioned, all of this functionality is also available on your phone. So you'll be able to see and respond to messages from anywhere. Thank you, Hope. That was great.\n\nAnd now I'm excited to show you the last set of updates we've made to NexHealth forms. These will be coming shortly in October. And we've made a host of improvements that will save time for your practice staff as well as your patients. First important one, you'll notice right when you access the forms tab for the first time after these updates go live.\n\nAnd that is you will now be able to filter forms based on their status. So you can see forms that are incomplete and may need a reminder. Can also see forms that maybe have been completed, but haven't yet synced to your health record system. So make it easier to find the forms that require follow-up and attention.\n\nAnd you can do things now, like send batch reminders. So you can easily filter for just the patients who have forms outstanding, and then send a reminder to all of those patients in just a couple of clicks without having to manually remind each one individually.\n\nThe last important update here is medical history prefilling. This is huge because now we can prefill the medical history section of your forms. Using data that's in your health record system. We sync that data to the form based on what patients have already provided to your practice, and that means they don't have to manually reenter that information every time, which should make it a lot easier and faster for them to complete their forms.\n\nAnd to show you all of this in more detail, Hope, I'm gonna pass it back over to you for another demo.\n\nThanks, Matt. The form update is actually my favorite part.\n\nThat's because forms have been redesigned to be more intuitive and help you get more done with fewer clicks. For example, when you enter into the screen, you're now going to be auto selected to see just your active form requests.\n\nWe've also added some easy filters to help you find what you need. So for example, let's say we want to filter by forms that have been sent and not completed and forms that are due tomorrow.\n\nIt'll then automatically select those patients for you and with just a couple clicks. You can now send a reminder to all those patients to complete their forms before the due date. Helping to increase your form completion rate.\n\nThe form redesign also makes it easier for you to access your settings.\n\nNow you can manage your defaults, like, say, the default due date or changing that default due date to be based on the appointment date, from right here in your setup tab.\n\nWith the new sidebar navigation, it's also now easier to get back into forms.\n\nWhere you can now manage your forms and packets from right within NexHealth. Here, you can do things like update your policy documents, and even request new forms to be digitized.\n\nBut that's not all. Now from the forms tab, you can also review your automated messages to patients. Like, for example, the form request that sent when you are automatically asking for new patient paperwork.\n\nBut it's not just the experience for your team that changes.\n\nNow with medical history pre fills, it's also going to be easier for the patient to complete their forms.\n\nWhen they get an annual update say, they are going to come in to complete their forms, and when they open up their medical history, They'll be greeted with a history of everything that's been entered on them before.\n\nBecause this is coming from the health record system, that means it's going to be easier for the patient to make these updates Whether they build out a NexHealth form in the past or not. All they need to do is come in and make changes if necessary as opposed to starting from scratch. Making it easier and faster for patients to do their annual updates, and again, helping to increase your form completion rate.\n\nThese form changes are coming in October. So I'm gonna hand it back over to Matt to talk about the rollout plan and how we'll make sure that your team is ready.\n\nThanks, Matt.\n\nThank you, Hope. That was awesome to see. I actually can't wait for the next time my doctor sends me a form just so I can try all of that out myself.\n\nNow, we've talked about a lot of updates that are coming, but there are a few things about NexHealth that will stay the same, even amidst these changes.\n\nFirst and foremost, other than medical history pre fills, nothing about the patient experience is going to change as part of these updates. The look and feel of your online booking page, your digital forms, the messages you send through NexHealth will all stay the same. So there'll be no patient facing impacts as part of these updates.\n\nSecondly, your pricing will stay the same. This is great. You're going to get all this additional value from the new, easier to use NexHealth at no additional cost.\n\nAnd then lastly, we'll continue to provide world class support to your organization, including guided onboarding for each of your new locations, personalized staff trainings, and we're updating our help center with a ton of new content all about these new changes.\n\nAnd we're here to help along the way. So let's talk a little bit about the rollout process you can expect for the new NexHealth.\n\nToday, we've previewed all of this with you at this event. And over the next two weeks, we're going to be having live training sessions where you can get hands on with one of our team members to walk through the product together and make sure you deeply understand it and can get the most value out of the new NexHealth experience. Please register to attend one of those. We'll share the link with you here in the chat shortly.\n\nAnd then September twentieth is the day when we'll actually start to roll out these changes to a a subset of practices. We'll be doing this gradually over the coming week and a half so everybody can expect to have this live by early October.\n\nAnd like I mentioned, there will be a ton of resources available to you to help get up to speed and feel really comfortable with the new updates you're making to NexHealth. You can check out our help center at next help dot com slash help, where there are a bunch of new and updated articles about everything that's been refreshed in the product.\n\nWe're also hosting those live training sessions I mentioned. So please register for one of those at the link you see here on the slide. We'll also put that in the chat. And you've got a number of sessions to choose from. So please join us there. And lastly, we also have a dedicated FAQs page with even more information about what you can expect in the course of the rollout process for the new NexHealth.\n\nAnd with that, I'd love to go ahead and answer some questions. I've seen some good ones come in along the way here, and we'll go ahead and dive in and start with some Q and A.\n\nAlright.\n\nIt looks like our first question, and I hope I'm gonna pass this over to you to, show this in action. But we got a question about how do you use the calendar function in home to see what different days look like. Could could you show us that real quick? Yeah.\n\nGreat question. So you're just going to drop down this toggle here, and you can either go to, for example, tomorrow or you can switch to another date accordingly. Awesome. Awesome.\n\nSuper super simple. We got another one. What options do you have we're filtering on the patient activity feed. Could you show us that?\n\nYeah. So in the activity feed, you have a filter you can drop down here where you can select based on appointments, payments, messages, forms, reviews, wait list. You'll see when you select it, it'll automatically pull up all of the matching activities.\n\nOkay. Nice. That's awesome. Okay. I see, another one here. How do I know what features are included in my health package.\n\nCould you talk to that for a minute?\n\nYeah. So every feature you have in your NexHealth package is gonna be available here on the side bar. If you don't have a feature in your package, you're going to be shown a little lock icon.\n\nOn that page, you can access some more information about the feature. And if you'd like to speak with somebody and learn how it can actually help your practice, you can just click request access.\n\nAwesome. Alright. That makes sense.\n\nOkay. This one here, how can we get the new patient package to not include the recall forms.\n\nParents sometimes opt for the recall because it's easier, but we need the proper forms. And now have to wait for them to do it in office.\n\nYeah. Great question. You can edit your new patient packet to not include that form. And then if you wanted to, you could set it to maybe send in the reminder or you can even do it in the office instead.\n\nOkay. Great. We have another question here about How do I access analytics?\n\nCould you show folks where to go for that? Yep. So you have a couple different places here. You'll have the smart analytics available in insights, that's gonna be based on your actual usage. But if you wanna see more analytics, we have an option in the upper right hand corner. Where you can go to the analytics that you're used to in Excel.\n\nOkay. Nice.\n\nAnd question here about archive messages.\n\nHow do I get archive messages back?\n\nCouple different ways. If you come into the archive at any time, you can come and unarchive a message using the little ellipsis.\n\nAdditionally, if a patient responds in a thread that's been archived, it'll automatically restore that and bring them back into your messages feed.\n\nOkay. Awesome. And where can I go in the product to get help? Can you show us that too?\n\nYep. In the upper right hand corner, we have a question mark that'll link you out to our help center. The help center includes lots of different articles here, but one area in particular to draw your attention to is the new NexHealth section. That includes articles that are specific to this update where we think you might be most likely to have a question. Okay. Awesome.\n\nSeeing another one here, why are some of the answered questions red or blue? Hope I think that's referring to, like, the medical pre, pre spelling on the, forms. So I believe the answer to that, red is just red is No. Yet blue is yes.\n\nBut is there anything more to that? Yep. It's just yes and no. It makes it easier for the patient to scan.\n\nAwesome.\n\nDoes the auto filling of the medical history apply on iPads? Do we do we know that? Or is that just, web and, through messages?\n\nI believe it does. That said, we'd have to follow-up to make sure.\n\nOkay. We'll circle back on the answer to that one.\n\nIs there a feature to see form status on the home page? For each day next to the patient's appointment for each day? There is not. However, you can see the form status at any time from the forms page where we do have the filters by status.\n\nOkay. Awesome. Just go to the forms tab there and and you can see, the form status there. That's great.\n\nOkay.\n\nJust scanning here to see if we have any more questions coming in.\n\nHave any templates or campaigns been added hope?\n\nThey have not. So all of the templates that you're used to are still available, and we still have if I remember correctly thirteen default campaigns for you to use. Those campaigns have been updated in the last year though. So if you haven't, for example, send out a Christmas and New Year or a Halloween message recently, go take a look at that.\n\nOkay. Awesome. And you can create new templates and campaigns at any time as well. So if there's one that you don't see there, feel free to create whatever you want, and we're also here to help.\n\nWe've got another one here about what type of files are supported in patient messaging. So we show the attachment feature. What types of files can you attach there? Yeah. So JPEG and PNG are going to show you the file in contacts, meaning you're going to see the little preview of it. You can also attach a PDF, but you won't get a preview of the PDF. You just get a link to open it.\n\nOkay. Awesome.\n\nAnd we do not have an iPad. What can we do? What we do? What would you recommend, for that, Hope? You don't need an iPad for forms.\n\nForms can be automated using your templates if you have appointment journeys, and of course, you can send forms as a one off to a patient via text or email. So even if they're standing there in the practice, Just send it over to their phone. We all basically have a computer in our pocket.\n\nSounds good.\n\nAnd let's see.\n\nHow do I address forms that haven't synced.\n\nWhat would be the best next step there, form is not synced to that record system.\n\nGreat question. So your forms that don't sync are now going to come up with a little notification for you that the form hasn't synced. It could be for lots of reasons. Maybe you have a setting turned off. Or for some reason, the connection was down momentarily, you now have a link to sync that form right here from the activities page.\n\nFantastic.\n\nGot another good question. Are user permissions affected by this update? I think the answer is no, but can you confirm that out? Correct. So your user permissions have not been affected. The only thing that might look a little bit different is that if a user doesn't have access to a feature, it's not gonna show up in their navigation.\n\nSo if, for example, you have a staff member who doesn't have access to messages, they're not going to see messages and know that they can't get there. It's just not gonna show up.\n\nAwesome.\n\nThese are some great questions, by the way. Please, keep them coming. This is really, really good stuff.\n\nI'm seeing one here. If people fill out paperwork on our website. How do we get that? Could you briefly kind of talk to how that works with, forms?\n\nYeah. Absolutely. Those are gonna show up in your forms tab, and you're going to have it'll show you that it's a web link, and you'll be able to click on that web link to connect it to a patient or create a patient profile for them.\n\nOkay. Awesome. That makes sense.\n\nAnd is there a way to auto schedule campaigns?\n\nLike, if I wanna discover one to go out on Christmas.\n\nYou bet there is. When you come in to a campaign to send it, It has to be a drafted campaign, not one that's already been sent. You have the option to schedule it for a particular date.\n\nSounds good.\n\nOkay. I know we're getting close to time here, so maybe one or two more questions. So, Simon, if you haven't already, I'm seeing, a question here about How does the medical history form sync to the PMS?\n\nHope maybe you can talk about the synchronizer and kinda how that works at a high level? You bet. So the synchronizer is our proprietary technology that's going to bring all of that information into the health record system. For most health record systems, it's going to be populating things like your medical history fields as well as the medical alerts automatically within just a few seconds of the patient completing that for work.\n\nAwesome. Awesome.\n\nOkay. And I think Let's go with this one. Maybe is our last question here. Is there a way to set up appointment requests approvals automatically?\n\nYou speak to that? Yep. So that's a setting.\n\nEssentially, it's actually the default setting where anytime a patient requests an appointment online, It'll automatically be approved, automatically insert it into your calendar, and all your staff has to do is review those bookings.\n\nBut of course, if you don't want that automatic, we can turn that setting off and you can just choose to send those manually.\n\nOkay. Very good. Very good.\n\nAwesome questions, everybody. Thank you for sharing those, and and I know there are a few we didn't get to. So We will follow-up afterwards, with, answers to those and to the ones we have to circle back on. But really great stuff. Thank you for engaging there and hope thank you for providing all of those detailed answers.\n\nWe wanna go ahead and wrap it up now because I know we're at the bottom of the hour, but just wanna thank everybody again for joining us. We are really excited about these changes and really happy that we could share them with all of you today. And these will be coming soon starting next week like I mentioned. So register for one of those. Check out the resources we have on our help center and on our FAQs page. If you have additional questions, after the trainings, And like I said, we're just really excited for all of you to get your hands on these new updates.\n\nWe think it's gonna be a big boost for your practice and ultimately for your patients. So we really can't wait. Thank you again for joining us today, everybody, and hope you have a great day. care."}],"hls_enabled":true,"embed_options":{"opaqueControls":false,"playerColor":"1ae5c2","playerColorGradient":{"on":false,"colors":[["#1ae5c2",0],["#80ffff",1]]},"plugin":{"midrollLink-v1":{"links":[{"text":"Learn
