entire system configurations, the configurations of one or multiple projects, or the configurations of one or multiple projects, plus the issues within these projects.\n\nIn this video, we will demonstrate how a Jira administrator can create a configuration snapshot of multiple projects.\n\nFrom the Administration menu, select Configuration Manager.\n\nThe CMJ user interface opens.\n\nOn the Configuration Snapshots page, click the Create Snapshot button.\n\nSelect the snapshot type Project Configuration.\n\nName your snapshot, for example, Marketing Projects.\n\nSelect the target projects from the drop-down menu.\n\nOptionally, enter a description for the snapshot.\n\nIn this example, we'll include the filters and boards associated with the target projects.\n\nIf you don't want to include other objects in the snapshot, click Create.\n\nOtherwise, click Next.\n\nThe wizard lists all filters in the Jira system.\n\nThe filters associated with the target projects are preselected.\n\nYou can change the selected filters for your snapshot.\n\nClick Next.\n\nNow the wizard lists all boards in the Jira system.\n\nThe boards associated with the target projects are preselected.\n\nYou can change the selected boards for your snapshot.\n\nClick Next.\n\nIn this step, the wizard lists the dashboards in the Jira system.\n\nYou can select dashboards to include in the snapshot.\n\nClick Next.\n\nFinally, the wizard lists your Jira systems applications integrated with CMJ.\n\nYou can select to include their general configurations and data in the snapshot.\n\nClick Next.\n\nPreview the snapshot details, and if no corrections are needed, click the Create button.\n\nWhen the snapshot creation completes, you receive a confirmation message.\n\nClick Done. You are redirected back to the Configuration Snapshots page where you can see your newly created snapshot.\n\nThe Details column shows the snapshot content. You can click the link to view the content per object type.\n\nFrom the Actions menu, download the snapshot to your local machine.\n\nYou're now ready to deploy the snapshot to another Jira instance.
