We came across, a person happened to work for finance part. We sort of met with them and got all this advice. It helped us just really set goals and what we want to achieve.\n\nYeah. Buying at first place was a bit daunting at first, but, obviously, you know, Chris was pretty reassuring and, so was Mark. It made us feel real comfortable about, you know, the whole process So Yeah. Finance Path helped us to set some goals, financially in the short term and the long term, where we sort of wanted to be out.\n\nThey took everything into consideration where we wanna be in twelve months, two years, five and ten years time. A big thing to us was to make sure that we weren't just setting financial goals, but we're still living life and have, you know, doing, going on holidays and things in the meantime. Thank god for finance part to help explain every little detail. It wasn't even just the financial part.\n\nIt was the, okay, we've got the approval. We're good to go get a place, and we were like, How do we actually put a bid in on a house? Like, we we had no idea. So they even helped us with that.\n\nI think I could probably best summarize the way in which we help and lock in to three sort of key areas. And that the first one's quite possibly the most important was just really understanding what their motivation, like their joint motivation was, to to buy their property. It's not easy to buy your first time. You gotta save up a fair bit of cash, and Maddie and Lockey came to us, and didn't actually buy in two years later, to keep them motivated through that process where they were saving up enough money, we had to really have a good understanding, I suppose, what they're driving for was.\n\nThe second one I would say would be working on real numbers. And what I mean by that is not just turning around and saying, okay, a bank's gonna lend you x. Working with their budget and understanding what they were spending, how they were spending it, and making some adjustments to how they were gonna go about saving up their money. And I think finally the other important thing that we did, which had a real financial benefit for them, was taking the time to invest in a pre approval By doing that, what it enabled them to do is to go and make an offer on a property, and that offer was actually eleven thousand dollars less than somebody else's.\n\nThe reason why that offer was accepted by Maddie and Lockey was simply because they didn't have to put a finance clause on it. So the person they were purchasing it from, they decided to take that tangibly saved them eleven thousand bucks. Yeah. We feel pretty good.\n\nI'm still keeping myself just on it. Like, got a great location, a great house. We don't have to do anything to it. So we're still sort of kicking ourselves that this is our place.\n\nYeah. Our next few goals for the next, you know, a little while, I probably would like to buy another house. Another investment property in the next four, five years, maybe, and they'll probably probably get back to Europe in the next few years. And We don't see this first home is just a short term thing, like we love it.\n\nAnd, you know, we've got three bedrooms through bathrooms, so I can imagine we're gonna be here.
