So when I came across finance path, I didn't really know too much about them, read a few reviews online and had a bit of an investigation on their website and thought, you know what?\n\nI'm gonna give these guys a go. I've been dealing with the big bank long enough, and, they seem to have pretty comparable rates. After a few initial conversations with Chris, I realized that they're not just a lender or a broker. They're really it in more about you and your finances and and where you want to go in line.\n\nWe worked through a couple of different options together with Chris and the guys to figure out based on our current monthly expenses and our comfortable affordability, how much could we realistically borrow to to buy the property that we're interested in. So during our home hunt, we went to inspect one property, and then we thought, you know, well, let's quickly just go have a look at another property corner that we thought was out of our price range, we were able to put an offer in a little bit below, the asking price after some negotiate we were getting a little bit towards the upper end, spoke to Chris, and Chris was able to rework a few numbers, tell us to put an offer in at a certain within twenty four hours, we were successful with the property, which was just an amazing feeling.\n\nWe're actually able to purchase the property of our dreams, which you didn't think would be able to for a number of years.\n\nSo the experience I've had at finance path has been fantastic, so much so that I've now referred, my sister-in-law.\n\nShe's looking to purchase her first property and didn't really know where to start. So I wanna have those initial conversations around affordability. I've also referred a couple of good friends of mine who run their own businesses and, looking to perch just a commercial property. There's absolutely no doubt that I'll be back.
