Welcome to the type two diabetes reversal masterclass. So in this video, I'm going to go a little deeper. The reason, you deserve to know what exactly is happening inside the body rather than listening to the doctors, the hospitals, the pharmacist.\n\nYou don't have to be the slave for your medicines or for the suffering. There's another way. There's a better way. There is a very powerful and effective way, which is what I'm going to be showing you.\n\nSo I want your undivided attention because this video is going to be the most important video that you will watch ever in your life right now at this point, especially if you are diagnosed with diabetes, pre or type two diabetes. This is the most important video that you will ever watch in your entire life at this point. So please cut out all the distractions. Please stay away from all the noise and everything that's happening.\n\nStay quiet. Stay in a quiet room and stay focused. If you can pick up a pen and notepad just to make sure that you are noting down all the things, whatever is relevant to you that will be really helpful for you now and in the future. Okay, so in case if you can't, if you're not in a position to watch right now, either send this link to your WhatsApp Or to your email so that you can watch it at the time when you can really watch it.\n\nAnd yeah, so that's pretty much it. Let's get started. Reversing the type two diabetes. What is a lifelong trajectory?\n\nSo if you've been diabetic for more than two years and your doctor has never used the word reversal, like even once, then please pay a little close attention if you take your life and your health seriously. Okay, I want to show a small case study of my client so that you know what is possible and you know that I know what I'm talking about. Bonnie is a client of mine. He was told that he'll be in metformin for life.\n\nBut right now, he's not. So in the coming minutes, I'm going to be showing you what happened, how this happened, and why most doctors won't tell you this isn't possible.\n\nSo, I want to tell you something before I go any further because see, if you're going to trust me with what I'm going to share, then I think you deserve to know what or how I got this, like how I know this. In twenty twelve, I was about ninety four kgs and I started working out. I was really scared. And then I started working out and doing this, doing that, and I became fit.\n\nNot bad. Okay, so I thought, Okay, main problem is over. I'm good. I was safe. So what happened was I took a blood report. The blood report came back. I was diabetic and my heart was weak.\n\nSo the thing is doctors put these electrodes in my chest and you know ran all sorts of tests and they just told me like oh you need to be a little careful but here's the thing I was just twenty eight years old.\n\nI'm the only son. So my entire family was depending on me. Like the reality is my life was falling apart.\n\nJust twenty eight years old. Just imagine that, right? My mom, my dad and they are depending on me and I'm here sitting with a weak heart and diabetic. So this was not a very good scene.\n\nThe day that I got to know about my situation, I I was scared. I was honestly very scared. For two days, I didn't know what I wanted to do. I just took a pen and a notepad and I started writing and then writing.\n\nAnd then I was I still remember, decided and I knew one thing. I'm not going to be a forever patient. I'm not going to be living under the mercy of medicines and doctors.\n\nI'm going to do it. I'm going to understand what this is.\n\nAnd I will get out of this. I'm not going to be sitting and managing like a patient over there, a lifelong patient.\n\nThat's a sad story. And I don't want my life to be like that.\n\nSo after that, after six or seven years, I found something worked. Okay. So my HbO1c eventually came down. I was five point three.\n\nMy heart function improved dramatically. Ten times it has improved. And yeah, I just came out of everything. What I cracked, it was a mechanism. It has nothing to do with a diet and supplement and workout. No, no, no, no. It's a mechanism.\n\nAnd once I understood that mechanism, then everything changed. So the science. Think of your body as a city.\n\nThink of the glucose as electricity that actually powers the city.\n\nOkay, so step one, what usually happens is every time when you eat, your blood sugar raises. So every time sugar spikes, what happens is your pancreas, which is an organ in your body that releases insulin.\n\nNow, the insulin's job is one thing to take this glucose and put it to your cells for energy. Basically, you have to live your life right to live your life. You need energy to do things, and that can happen only if the cells receive the energy. So insulin is a hormone that will take this glucose from the food to the cells for energy. I hope you're clear until now.\n\nAfter that, what happens is insulin goes there, knocks on the cells, and just say, hey, open up, let the energy flow in.\n\nAnd cells will say, okay, I'll do that and then opens up and then the energy comes in. And that is where if you see most people, most children, they have so much of energy because whatever they eat, it just goes into the the cells and then they have so much of energy. One day what happens when you all grow up? One day what happens is the cell will stop listening. Hey, listen, I already have so much of energy, but I don't have a way to spend this. But don't overfill me.\n\nSo it's like your bag of suitcase full of clothes and you're already not able to close it with so much of clothes. So insulin is like trying to put more clothes. So it's going to knock a little louder and you're more insulin. That means like the insulin is going to give energy to the cells with more pressure. Okay.\n\nSo what happens when the energy goes into the cells? Then in the blood sugar, there is the the blood sugar levels have come down because all the sugar levels with the glucose with the sugar, which has actually gone into the cells, which has already overflowed. Now in the blood, this has come down, which is okay. Temporarily, it's okay.\n\nBut this is what like most people stop at this. They don't know what happens after this.\n\nThis is the most critical point. Now, what happens is.\n\nNow your insulin has to go two times to make sure that the cell opens because the cell is already full. The bag of suitcase, it's lot of clothes inside the suitcase. It's already full. I just not able to take more clothes and you can't keep that clothes inside the blood.\n\nSo the clothes has to go to the suitcase. The suitcase is already full. Now what happens? It will look for other places where all I can fill in this.\n\nAnd that is where people get fatty liver, high cholesterol, because now the food is like it cannot be converted into energy. Now it will say, okay, let me turn it into fat so that I can put it. So this is where the cholesterol comes in. Okay, this is where the fat comes in.\n\nPeople gain the weight when you have been diagnosed as insulin resistant. That is a starting point that leads to the high sugar levels. That is the diabetes. Now, what happens is either your liver will start taking a hit.\n\nThat's how people get fatty liver or it will be in cholesterol. Sometimes it is in the fat in the form of fat. So that's where you gain weight. Like some people gain weight, some people get cholesterol, some people get, you know, the fatty liver.\n\nIt's all based on the genetics of your body set up, how the body condition is. It's like it differs from people to people. But eventually, these are all the places that it will get attacked. After a while, after a few years, it suppresses testosterone testosterone to men. At least it's like a God hormone. The point is when the testosterone goes down, that's where you feel more tired sometime during the afternoon, sometime during the mornings.\n\nWhy do you think that's happening? Because it is like, hey, the testosterone is going down and the stress hormone, which is cortisol that is going to be up. That is why you feel the energy is all flat. This is a very critical step.\n\nYour HbA1c is a ninety day average. Every point in your hemoglobin, every point in your HbA1c, if it is six, if you don't do anything about it, every ninety day window, it goes up by either zero point five or even one because the body is under pressure. Is alarming. Okay, so ninety days to three months is something that you will have to have this in your mind.\n\nThis is a very important point. Okay, step number nine, medicine. Now, what happens over here? This is a very, very dangerous spot.\n\nNow, what happens is see the blood sugar levels is high. The liver is also full. Cholesterol is also full. Fat is also full subcutaneous fat, visceral fat. That's also full. Now it has got no other place to go. You know how bad that is?\n\nIn the initial stage, people are all happy because, oh, I took this medicine. Now my sugar level is under control. No, it is not under control. Here's the reality, and I will show you what that is. Okay, so now what happens is the lock is kind of broken and then pushing it and your doctor will keep saying, oh, it's okay.\n\nBut the issue is not really one hundred percent fixed. It's not. So here, the problem is insulin resistance. This is the phase one of the problem. So how does it start?\n\nTiredness after meals, craving for more food, sleep. When you wake up even after having eight hours of sleep, you feel tired. You don't feel fresh. Slight numbness in your hands, in your legs, even a small cut or a burn. It takes about weeks to heal frequent duration, especially at night, like you go to the restroom multiple times.\n\nAnd there's either the weight gain or the belly growth or probably both.\n\nNow, these are the things that is happening on the outside. People, at least in India, they take these things as a part of aging. Oh, I'm getting old, so it must be the body is declining. So it's just it's normal. Society has actually normalized this.\n\nIt's a sad story, but now what you do is like for like just like most people, you go get a blood test. And when you get a blood test just to see what happens on the inside, your HbA1c is high, it's gone beyond six. Imagine the amount of glucose your blood is carrying. Doctors not trying to find a way for you to dispose of energy.\n\nEnergy has to go somewhere, but instead they'll say we'll start with the medication. Energy has to go out from the cells. Cell need a mechanism to continuously dispose the energy. This particular word insulin resistance.\n\nThese words are not letting you live your life to the fullest.\n\nSo that's the first part of the problem. That day, the day that you got diagnosed as a diabetic.\n\nThe day that you start taking the medicines from that day onwards, you have seen yourself as a different person. I'm a diabetic.\n\nAnd I need to take these medicines like the day that medicine enters your home, your life, that peace, that happiness in your family, there's a shift, there's a downward shift.\n\nSo they start with the medication. Blood sugar comes down temporarily. The doctor will say, yes. Good. Keep it up. Six months later, same medicine, probably add one more and increase the dose.\n\nOkay, gentlemen, I am stressing so much on this because first of all, your body is suffering. You are not realizing, but it is suffering. Year one to three, the dosage keep increasing, but then your energy is still low, sleep is still bad, your testosterone is bad. In the middle stage, the blood pressure raises, kidney function begin to really struggle.\n\nIt's called as microalbuminuria. Sign of kidney getting attacked. Your vision started to blur. The nerve start tingling in your feet and your hands.\n\nAll of these things happen from year four to seven. This is like a critical zone. Year eight to ten and more. Rather than me telling you, I think I will show you what exactly happens.\n\nThere was a study that was actually conducted by the UK prospective study. Over fifty percent of patients, they required additional medication within their first six years. According to the American Diabetes Association, approximately fifty percent of people with types of diabetes develop some sort of neuropathy within the ten years. First of all, you need to understand you're going to be more and more and more and more dependent on the medicine.\n\nSo neuropathy, the nerve damage causing the tingling sensation. Retinopathy is like the eyes are getting weaker. Kidney failure is like, you know, I told you about microabdomenorrhea. You won't even know it until like eighty percent of the damage is already done.\n\nAnd towards the last is like the amputation. Believe it or not, one of my uncle, my dad's younger brother, thankfully, it is not an entire limb, but just a couple of toes, not just a couple of toes. Sorry, couple of toes. That's what happened.\n\nIf you can just understand insulin resistance is what you need to attack. That one thing if you solve all of these sufferings can be, like, completely eradicated. And that's what I'm going to be showing you. So if you're a man with high blood sugar, I want you to hear something. And this is something that your doctor has never told you, not even mentioned once. Okay? It is not about the management.\n\nIt is about total reversal. So next time when you go to the doctor, ask him with this medicine, will I be able to reverse my diabetes completely?\n\nAnd just look into his eyes for the reaction.\n\nWill I be able to reverse it completely? Completely. And if so, by when? See, some of you are taking the medicines from the last six months.\n\nSome of you are taking the medicines for the last twenty years. So I think your doctor deserves I mean, you deserve an answer from your doctor, and he has a moral obligation to tell you what the truth is. A twenty twenty one report, International Diabetes Federation estimated that India is spending about seven thousand seven hundred crores annually on diabetes year by year. It's just growing.\n\nThat means the system is designed just to manage the numbers. This is never, ever, ever designed to reverse your condition ever. Okay, so that's what most people are thinking. Okay, I'm a diabetic, so I have to live like this for the rest of my life.\n\nSpite of whatever they told you, in spite of whatever you did, you started the diet plan, intermittent fasting, cut sugar, sixty minutes or more, you started walking, took the medicines. And in spite of that, in spite of doing everything, in spite of going through all sorts of struggle, here you are. Everything you tried in the past was actually solving the wrong problem. The type two diabetes is one of the most reversible metabolic condition.\n\nOkay, and I'm not talking about the medicines. You can do it with lifestyle intervention. So the mechanism is metabolic reversal protocol. Okay?\n\nSo this is exactly what you need to understand every time before you pop another pill. You you think about this.\n\nTo to reverse the metabolic condition, most specifically, to reverse the diabetes, pre type two, doesn't matter. You need to go through three phases. Phase one is the resistance. Remember the insulin resistance that I told you? You need to break So to break it, the most powerful tool is the insulin insulin nutrition. Second phase is rebuilding the response.\n\nPhase number three is lock the reversal identity. So these are three phases. So phase number one, insulin resistant insulin nutrition.\n\nSo this is not exactly a diet. This is a think of it as a biological recalibration. So how you performed in your teens or in your twenties, that's how I want you to perform again. So is the body can your body go back to how it was in your twenties? Absolutely.\n\nSo.\n\nJust with food sequencing, you can stop like sixty percent of the problems just with food sequencing. That means you don't have to change anything what you're eating. Just the sequence is the order. So to roti and I'll eat in the wrong order. It spikes insulin like big time. So we need to change that order.\n\nAnd once you change that order, once you know, Okay, this is the formula I should eat, life becomes ten times easy.\n\nSo that's the mechanism. Phase number two.\n\nYou need to build the cells response. That is energy flow. That is what we're going to activate. So once your metabolic activation happens, then there's an energy flow.\n\nBecause in medicines, you're constantly in fear, like, oh, man, I have to take this. Let me ask you this question. When was the last time that you were so happy? Yes, let me take this medicine.\n\nWhen was the last time? I don't think that never happened. Ever happened.\n\nRight?\n\nSo that is the point. The point is to stay away from the medicine. So phase number two is all about let me share the screen.\n\nMake the energy flowing. So activation of the metabolism. Okay, so here is this is the part where when you take your lab report, go to the doctor and he will say, I think you're doing really good.\n\nYou can get off the medicine. Phase number three, we need to manage your stress. This is something that most people in the diabetes space will never tell you. As we age, because of the responsibilities, because of all the things that are happening in life, we carry stress.\n\nNow the stress leads to cortisol. Cortisol is a hormone. When that cortisol is up, insulin resistance happens. So this is not about a psychological issue, but this this is more of a hormonal issue.\n\nSo this blocks insulin signaling at a cellular level. What I have seen is like pretty much every diet or every dietitian, every doctor, every gym programs or whatnot, ignores this. So this is the summary. This is the one that is going to guarantee you to be diabetic free for the rest of your life.\n\nSo this is my own twenty twenty five last year. So my h b a one c is five point three. This is another client of mine. When he started, the glucose was two hundred and thirty three.\n\nThe fasting glucose. Ideally, your glucose should come down, but it's two hundred and thirty three. But last week, FBS was one sixty three and present today, is one fifty seven. That means in a week from one sixty three, six points down in one week.\n\nThat's what I'm talking about. So he says that this has been the biggest achievement. I don't remember my blood sugar coming down in the last five years without medication. You see the last line. I'm not taking any medicines for the past one month, and the results are very encouraging.\n\nSo I'll give you another one more proof that there was a study that was done in Landmark. Forty six percent of the participants who volunteered for the type two diabetic remission, they got rid of the diabetes and the medicines through the structured lifestyle intervention. You need to understand the sheer magnitude and the power of this particular model, lifestyle model, and it works so seamlessly. So this is a peer reviewed.\n\nNow, what is a guarantee that I'm going to give you is the lab guarantee. That means before we start, we take your report. We're going to take a look at it. And then whatever you require, whatever your body requires, we're going to do the implementation.\n\nAnd in three months, for some reason, if it didn't go at least by one point down, we will continue to work with you until it does. Until I reverse your diabetes, I'm going to be working with you. That's the guarantee. That is my guarantee.\n\nOkay? So who this is for? If you are within the range of forty to fifty eight, if you are diagnosed with type two diabetes, if you're on medicine, if you have been taking medicines, and if you're ready to follow a precise system, a structured system for the next ninety days. Yes, this is for you.\n\nBut who this is not for?\n\nIf you want a shortcut, if you are not ready to change your food environment or your habits, if you want a result without following the protocol, without following any system, This is not for you. And if you want some free tips and motivation, this is not the place. Most men spend about three to five lakhs over the period of ten years. The thing is, even after ten years, the issue is not fixed.\n\nBut in case if you take a decision, come with an open mind and let's see what happens. If you are ready to take a leap of faith, then there is a different life waiting for you. Your HbA1c is a ninety day average. That means every month that you wait is a ninety days of that number climbing.\n\nThat means you're not doing anything. Just by continuing the life that you are living right now, your numbers are getting up and up and up. This has a biological cost. You are going to be working directly with me.\n\nThere is a very limited spots available. That means I have a limited time and I have a limited capacity. So if you're watching this now, that means there is still spots left for this week. So click on the link and then see if there's available spots.\n\nIf there is, then go ahead and block your seat. So you already know the trajectory you're on. Either you are starting off with the tiredness, numbness, belly growth, frequent urination, or you just started with your medicines, doctors not being active, everyday anxiety or increased doses with no visible strength, less stamina, less motivation, or you are towards the end where you are at the risk of losing a limb or no sign of reversal. Men who reverse the condition, all the case studies and testimonies that I showed you, they were not superheroes with superpowers.\n\nThey made one decision to see themselves differently, to stop being a patient, a permanent patient, and start being the man who took accountability to solve the problem. So the decision is available to you right now. So this is what happens when you click on the button below. There's a short application having some basic questions.\n\nSo it takes about three to five minutes. Just just type in and within twenty four hours, I will personally view it. And then if I believe that your diabetes is actually reversible, then we will get into a metabolic reversal diagnosis in this diagnosis completely understanding and analyzing your numbers, your body condition, the medicines that you're taking everything and then if I think I can help you then we will proceed If I think I can't help you then I will tell you I'll point you at the right direction. On the button apply and let's meet.\n\nI will see you on the other side."}],"hls_enabled":true,"embed_options":{"opaqueControls":false,"playerColor":"#c8922a","playerColorGradient":{"on":false,"colors":[["#004e60",0],["#66b4c6",1]]},"plugin":{"captions-v1":{"on":"true","onByDefault":"true"},"chapters":{"on":"true","chapterList":[{"id":"246499ea-66be-41e3-a422-637194c93514","time":"1061.3","ai_title":"Phases
