My name is Jeff Stevens.\n\nMy name is Corey Watson. I'm the president of sales and marketing.\n\nI am the cofounder, CEO of Village Caregiving.\n\nVillage Caregiving is a home care agency founded about a decade ago. What home care agency means is we will come into your home and help with activities of daily living. It's not medical care, but it's everything right up until that point. So in the home care industry specifically, there are family funded clients. That means that they don't necessarily qualify for a governmental program to pay for the service. They have to pay for it themselves.\n\nThose are the people that need educated on which companies exist, what services are available. They have to be able to find us out there in the world. Whether it is search engine optimization or just help in any way in digital marketing realm, it allows you to be able to connect with us in a way that we just couldn't have done without WebFX.\n\nWe had worked with some, local companies before. We wouldn't really see how our competitors were doing and how we matched up and and what we should spend and or where we should be in ranking in certain things. And we would maybe see that maybe every six months or if we were lucky, we would see it every quarter. You know, since switching to WebFX, we see our numbers every month. We we have constant communication with, Seth who does a great job of of running our account for us, or if we need more in-depth information, we get it from Chris. They gave us the answers that we didn't even ask that they knew that we the problems that we might be running into, and they really their their culture and their values really, really aligned with ours. And, honestly, one of the biggest things with WebFX that we've noticed is we were given kind of a timeline as to the way that we would see things roll out, and almost word for word, step for step of what they told us was gonna happen, happened.\n\nOur numbers, you know, for the first three months were very consistent, and then after those first three months, it's been nothing but really high growth, in all the markets that we're we're trying to increase.\n\nThe first time that I came to WebFX here in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, didn't know what to expect. It was just for a marketing meeting. We pull up. There's a spot reserved for us with our company logo. Before we even got out of the car, we were already made to feel special and wanted here. Honored guests showing up at your headquarters come inside the place, and my goodness. I mean, it is just the coolest place I've ever been.\n\nWe started to take some aspects of what you guys do here at WebFX, and take it towards our office.\n\nI liked it so much that we had to bring up our marketing director, our emerging markets director, our chief of staff, and said, you need to take the same tour that I took, and then let's try to emulate that back back in Barboursville, West Virginia.\n\nHope you don't mind. We're gonna steal some of your ideas. I think, working with WebFX is better than I could have ever imagined.\n\nYou know, they're gonna be very straightforward and and they are really gonna help you.
