On the customer support side, it's very much helping customers maybe understand where something is in the product. Being able to grab screen-grabs, point to like, 'Hey, go here. This is where that is.'\n\nOften times when you have a customer that is frustrated and you realize there is really no one article that is going to help them. Or that, aside from getting on a video-call, which at times can be challenging, with us being a remote company and also, still regulated to mostly our time-zone. The nice things is like, 'Here's a screenshot. Here's how you can do it and by the way, if you want to read more about it, here's a full article on it.'\n\nUsually, you get a much more emphatic, 'Oh, wow, this is awesome, thanks!' In addition, we have that forever. So now I can say, 'Oh and by the way,' to my team, 'Here's what we did, here's how it works.' The way you can convey messaging is so much more efficient.\n\nAnd, you know, trying to manage a sales team, a customer success team, still handling support requests, my day gets bogged down pretty quickly. And so without having a tool to communicate effectively, I don't know how else I would do it now. To a small growing company, saving all that time with Snagit means more resources.
