With the Excel macro, you can easily pull Excel worksheets in XLS and XLSX file formats from various sources, such as page and name attachments, admin-defined profiles, or URLs.\n\nFor example, we are pulling an Excel file from this page attachments.\n\nEnter the name of the attachment, and it's displayed as a table on the Confluence page.\n\nLet's start formatting the table with Excel macro features.\n\nSelect this option to Show Hidden sheets, rows, and columns.\n\nI will also select this option to show the sheet name before the table. The attached spreadsheet has a hidden column and sheet. The table displays the hidden column, Manager, and the sheet, Sales Representatives.\n\nThe sheet name also gets displayed.\n\n\"Include the cell hyperlinks\" option to display the hyperlinks for cell values if present in the sheet.\n\nSelect \"Auto number on each row\" to display the row numbers.\n\nCell macros provide the option to do column calculations.\n\nSelect the \"Auto total row\" and define the numeric columns for calculations.\n\nEnter the \"Column types\" and \"Column calculations\" for columns.\n\nYou can see the auto total row totals the numeric columns as defined.\n\nSelect this option to allow users to download or export the current table view as the CSV file.\n\nThe icons are displayed.\n\nFurther, you can apply custom styles to worksheets using CSS.\n\nFor example, I applied the CSS style to table rows.\n\nAfter publishing the page, here's how the table is displayed with the defined formatting.\n\nThat's not all.
